Theresa M. Kutz, 92, of Lebanon, passed away on Sunday, Jan. 24, 2021, at the WellSpan Good Samaritan Hospital.

Born in Glen Lyon, PA on Aug. 4, 1928, Theresa was a daughter of the late Louis and Mary (Benko) Kutz. She earned her bachelor’s degree at Wilkes-Barre General Hospital School of Nursing and worked as a registered nurse at the Lebanon VA Hospital until retirement. She was a member of St. Mary’s Church in Lebanon.

Theresa is survived by three nephews, two nieces, and several cousins.

Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, Jan. 29, 2021 at St. Adalbert’s Church, 31 S. Market St., Glen Lyon, PA. Theresa’s cousin, Father John Boyle, will be the celebrant. Interment will follow at St. Michael’s Cemetery. A viewing will be held prior to Mass from 9:30 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. at the church. Thompson Funeral Home, Inc. is entrusted with the arrangements.
