It is with great sadness that the family of Thomas “Quino” Serrano, a loving and devoted father, brother, uncle, cousin, and friend, announces that he passed away on March 21, 2025, at the age of 69.

Thomas was a veteran known for his outgoing, joking personality and his kind, loving heart. He cherished spending time with his family and traveling back to his hometown of Brooklyn, NY.

He will be loved and remembered by his daughters, Mercedes M. Serrano and Marisol L. Serrano; grandson, who he loved, Elijah J. Burris; siblings, Domingo Serrano, Maria A. Serrano, Eduardo Serrano, Margarita Serrano, Ismael Serrano, Wilfredo Serrano, and Maria S. Serrano; and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Rosa Masa Serrano; father, Eduardo Serrano; siblings, Anna Serrano, Jose Serrano, and Alfredo Serrano; and grandson, Daivon R. Coleman.
