Trenton M. Ritchie, 20, of Bethel, passed away on Thursday, March 26, 2026, in Orwigsburg.
Born in Carlisle on June 11, 2005, he was the son of Nelson L. (Nadine) Ritchie, of Bethel, and the late Dawn N. (Shenk) Ritchie. Trenton graduated with the Class of 2023 from Tulpehocken High School, where he was involved in cross country and on the wrestling team. Trenton was working for Snyder Landscaping in Bernville and loved working with concrete and doing hardscape. He enjoyed working out at the gym, hanging out with his family and friends, and snowmobiling. He loved life and had many dreams of owning his own business.
In addition to his father, he is survived by his sisters, Dakota A. Ritchie, of Greenville, NC, and Shelby L. Shenk, and her son, Kamden, of Newville; maternal grandmother, Paula Hollowell, of Carlisle; and his paternal grandparents, John and Evelyn Ritchie of Bethel.
Funeral services will be held at 7 p.m. on the evening of Thursday, April 2, 2026, at Kreamer & Lum Funeral Home & Crematory, Jonestown. There will be a viewing beginning at 5 p.m. until the start of the service. Interment will be at the Mount Zion Cemetery, Boiling Springs.
