Viola E. Kline, 98, of Myerstown, died Saturday, September 18, 2021, at the Lancaster General Hospital. She was the wife of Levi J. Kline, who died January 10, 2001.
Born in Jackson Twp., PA on April 9, 1923, she was the daughter of the late Francis and Alice (Fisher) Wolfe. Viola was a member of St. Paul’s of Hamlin UCC. She was employed as a striper at Valley Forge Flag Company and was also employed at Crescent Plastic, Myerstown. Viola enjoyed watching westerns, watching and feeding birds, and camping.
She is survived by a daughter, Barbara, wife of Terry Long, of Myerstown; sons William, husband of Sharon Kline, of Myerstown, Albert, husband of Karen Kline, of Myerstown; nine grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; 19 great-great-grandchildren; and nine nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by brothers, Lester Wolfe, Martin Wolfe, and Ray Keller.
Funeral services will be held Friday, September 24, 2021, at 12:00 p.m. at St. Paul’s UCC of Hamlin, 2351-2355 Mt. Zion Rd., Fredericksburg, preceded by a viewing beginning at 11:00 a.m. Interment will be at Wolf Union Meeting House Cemetery.
