Virginia L. Shuey, 85, of Annville, passed away on Friday, Sept. 22, 2023, at her residence. She was the wife of the late Richard R. Shuey, who passed away in 1995.

Virginia was born in Lebanon County on Oct. 16, 1937, to the late Oscar and Elsie (Gundrum) Dundore.

She was a nursing assistant at Cornwall Manor. She enjoyed sewing, crocheting, baking, cooking, and spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Surviving is her children, Debra A. LaFountain (Terence), of Lebanon, Lee R. Shuey, of Annville, Darlene M. Boyer (Jeffrey), of Annville, and step-daughter, Bonita Martzal, of Richland; eight grandchildren, James, Jeremy, Ashley, Joshua, Sean, Brett, Amanda, and Christine; several great-grandchildren; and siblings, LeRoy Dundore and Richard Dundore.

She was preceded in death by her son, Richard L. Shuey; her daughter, Cynthia L. Eisenhauer; and her siblings, Lloyd Dundore, Kenneth Dundore, Eugene Dundore, and Elizabeth “Betz” Miller.

Services will be private.
