Wanda Sue Berger, 63, of Mount Aetna, passed away peacefully in her sleep on March 27, 2026. She was born on July 18, 1962, in Lebanon, PA, to the late Lester Norman Jr. and Gloria Faye (Dove) Berger.
Wanda attended Elco High School. She was a hard-working and dedicated employee of Bayer Corporation, Myerstown. She was the captain of the Rehrersburg Women’s Pool League. Wanda was a member of the Rehrersburg Club and a member and former bartender at the Mount Aetna Club. Wanda loved her family, and the most important thing in her life was the time she got to spend with her grandsons and with her grand-dogs.
She is survived by her daughter, Dawn Ubran, and husband, Philip Jr.; son, Jeffrey R. Wartluft; companion, Harold Zimmerman; grandsons, Justin and Blake Urban; grand-dogs, Cocoa and Remy; sisters, Judy Berger-Warfel, Debra Gaylor, and Dianne Berger; brothers, Jeffrey, Michael, and Jeremy Berger; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In celebration of Wanda’s life, a viewing will be held on Thursday, April 2, 2026, from 9:30-11 a.m., at Grose Funeral Home, 358 W. Washington Ave., Myerstown, PA 17067. Following the viewing, a graveside service will be held in Grand View Memorial Park, 500 N. Weaber St., Lebanon, PA 17046, with Rev. Alan Walter officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Rehrersburg Women’s Pool League. Checks should be made out to Keystone Fire Company with the Women’s Pool League in the memo and mailed to 350 Godfrey St., Rehrersburg, PA 19550.
