William F. “Willie” Carson, 78, of Fredericksburg, passed away on Tuesday, April 23, 2024, at his home. He was the longtime companion of the late Mollie Warren.
Born in Latrobe on March 17, 1946, he was the son of the late Forrest E. and Genevieve McDonald Carson.
Willie retired from Philadelphia Mixers in Palmyra after 29 years of service. He enjoyed fishing, archery, and hunting. He especially enjoyed spending time with Mollie.
He is survived by his sons, Matthew W. Carson, and his children, Clem, Forrest, and Matthew Jr., and Michael F., husband of Ladan Carson, and their children, William and Leila, of Lancaster; daughter, Megan L. Carson, of Lemoyne; Mollie’s daughters, Mildred “Midge” Webber, of Fredericksburg, Beverly Balantine, of Crocker, MO, and Mollie Spooner, of Jonestown, and their children.
Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
