William H. Heeter, 89, of Annville, passed away on Tuesday, Dec. 9, 2025, at the Lebanon Valley Home in Annville. He is survived by his loving wife of over 67 years, Eileen J. (Boland) Heeter.
Born in Pottstown, PA, on Oct. 9, 1936, he was the son of the late Howard W. and Loretta S. (Frederick) Heeter. Bill worked at Lebanon Valley Offset, Annville, as a photolithographer. He was a member of St. Mark Lutheran Church in Annville, where he served on the church council and property committee and sang in the church choir. He was also a member of the Second Mountain Hawk Watch for bird watching and the Annville Lions Club, and he volunteered for the Union Canal Tunnel Park. Bill enjoyed hunting, fishing, gardening, traveling, and looking for fossils. One of his favorite pastimes was driving around Memorial Lake looking for wildlife and traveling to the Mount Washington Cog Railway, New Hampshire.
Surviving, in addition to his wife, are his daughters, Joyce Felty, wife of Dana, of Annville, and Laurie Brown, wife of Dwayne, of Manheim; daughter-in-law, Holly Heeter, of Annville; sister, Carole L. Yeakley, wife of Thomas, of Annville; grandchildren, Nathan, Justin, Emily, Brian, Brandon, Paige, Addison, and Kendall; and great-grandchild, Lexa. Bill was preceded in death by his son, Dr. David Heeter.
A public visitation will be held on Saturday, Dec. 20, 2025, from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m., at St. Mark Lutheran Church, 200 E. Main St., Annville, PA 17003. Funeral services will begin at 10 a.m. on Saturday at the Church. Interment will be held in Mount Annville Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Mark Lutheran Church in his memory. Kreamer Funeral Home and Crematory, Annville, is handling arrangements.
