William J. Shultz, 76, of Fredericksburg, passed away on Monday, Feb. 23, 2026, at the Hershey Medical Center. He was the husband of Barbara A. (Kreiser) Shultz. They celebrated their 55th wedding anniversary on June 20, 2025.

Born in Tower City on Feb. 14, 1950, he was the son of the late Harry D. and Anna Mae (Hollenbach) Shultz. William graduated from Northern Lebanon High School in the Class of 1968. He worked as a maintenance mechanic for San Giorgio in Lebanon and then Brentwood Plastics. William enjoyed hunting, going to the races, and most of all, spending time with his two granddaughters.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his sons, Derrick W. Shultz, and his girlfriend, Dawn Hamer, of Jonestown, Jared M., husband of Kirstin Shultz, of Pine Grove; daughter, Katrina A. Shultz, of Fredericksburg, VA; granddaughters, Rebecca and Riley; and brothers, Harry Shultz, of South Carolina, and Joseph Shultz, of Florida.

Funeral services will be on Monday, March 2, 2026, at 11 a.m., at Kreamer & Lum Funeral Home & Crematory. The viewing will start at 10 a.m. until the start of the service. Interment will be at Grand View Memorial Park, Annville.
