William Lee “Bill” Frick, 77, of Lebanon passed way peacefully Saturday, December 7, 2019 in ManorCare Health Services, Lebanon surrounded by his loving family.
Born in Lebanon on August 19, 1942, he was the son of the late Charles W., Sr. and Mary E. Schwear Frick. He was raised in Schaefferstown before moving to Buffalo Springs, and then lived in Lancaster County for over 20 years. He worked at Clay Cast Iron Foundry, Cellulose Paper Products, Lancashire Nursing Home, Lebanon VA Medical Center, Raymark Asbestos, Miller’s Smorgasbord, and retired from the maintenance department at the Rockvale Square Outlets, Lancaster.
William served in the U.S. Army and the Pennsylvania Army National Guard. His hobbies were work and woodworking and he was very proud of his children, instilling in them a great work ethic.
Surviving is a son Randolph L. Frick of Cedar Haven, four daughters Sherry L. wife of Joel Williams of Lebanon, Shelley L. wife of Ray Arnold of Lebanon, Sharon L. Curtier of Lebanon, and Sheree L. Ambrose of Annville, six grandchildren Nicholas J. (Kristi) Williams, Curt N. Williams, Ashley L. Wallace, Shalene D. (Daniel) Nelson, Hailee M. Barthalow, Olivia R. (Richard) Hurst, five great grandchildren Macklyn Williams, Kara Smith, Hunter Smith, Lexi Wallace, Rose Barthalow, and the mother of his children, Dorothy L. (Waltz) (Frick) Murphy of Annville. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a half-brother Charles W. Frick, Jr.
Graveside services will be held on Thursday at 11:30 AM at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery with Military Honors. Relatives and friends are invited.
