Wilmer B. Ziegler Jr., 105, of Lebanon, passed away on Wednesday, June 11, 2025, at Cedar Haven Healthcare Center. Wilmer lived with his daughter, Carol, for the last 10 years prior to his rehab at Cedar Haven. He was the husband of the late Myra E. (Schwenk) Ziegler, who passed away in 2015.
Born in Bethel Township, he was a son of the late Wilmer B. Sr. and Sadie (Hibshman) Ziegler. Wilmer loved to farm his land and grow flowers. He previously worked for San Georgio Pasta, worked for the Manheim Auto Auction for 24 years, and worked up until he was 94 years old. He was a member of the Annville Church of the Brethren, where he was a deacon and served on the cemetery board previously. Wilmer enjoyed miniature golf, spending time with his family, and caring for his late wife, Myra.
He is survived by his daughters, Carol, wife of Allen Nolt, of Lebanon, and Jean Wenger, of Buffalo Springs; grandchildren, Steven Wenger (Bonnie), Timothy Wenger (Clarinda), Sherri Baker (Scott), Beth Ann Longenecker (friend, Dave), Lisa Krall (Gary), and Scott Nolt (Karen); 16 great-grandchildren; and nine great-great-grandchildren. Wilmer was preceded in death by his siblings, Lloyd Ziegler and Mary Weik.
Memorial services will be held on Friday, June 20, 2025, at 12 p.m., from the Annville Church of the Brethren, 495 E. Maple St., Annville, PA 17003. Interment will be private. A visitation will be held from 11 a.m. until the time of the service at the Church.
