Yvonne K. Bennett passed away peacefully in her sleep at home on July 31, 2023.

She was born Dec. 14, 1957, in Lebanon, PA.

She enjoyed the outdoors, the beach, gardening in her yard, family gatherings, her son taking care of her throughout her illnesses, and spending time with her son. She was a hard, honest, reliable worker. She worked factory jobs and was a store clerk until her retirement. She also enjoyed watching comedy movies.

Surviving is family members: children, Gary Bennett Jr. and Ashley; granddaughter, Lina; sisters, Barbara, Charlotte, Mary, and Sheila.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Gary Bennett Sr.

I want to take this time to remember this angelic female that God made for me as a mother. She was also a cancer survivor. She is my hero. She was the bravest I have ever seen, all the way until the end. We will soon meet again … love you to the moon and back. Now you can be with my father and your husband again. Rest in peace.
