Family First Health is partnering with Lebanon Family Health Services to offer COVID-19 vaccine clinics at its Lebanon location. The clinic is open to all Lebanon residents, ages 18 and over, who are interested in receiving their COVID-19 vaccine. Patients may reserve a vaccine by calling the office for an appointment. In addition, walk-ins are welcome every Thursday from 9:30 – 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 – 3:30 p.m.

Residents interested in receiving the vaccine may call 717-356-2222 to schedule an appointment. Phones are open for scheduling every day. When calling, press 1 for English or 2 for Spanish. Next press 1 for Medical, then press 6 to schedule your appointment. All appointments are held at Family First Health’s medical office at 300 Willow Street, Entrance B in Lebanon.
