The special emcees for this year’s parade are Channel 27 news anchors Alicia Richards and Valerie Pritchett. The parade will either be lived streamed OR broadcast live on Channel 27. This year the large helium balloons are returning.

After the parade, Santa will again climb a fire truck ladder into the Market. Children will be able to visit with Santa in the Market.

New this year is a Food Truck area on S. Eighth Street. You can grab a bite to eat from 10 AM to 2 p.m.

The Tree Lighting will take place on Friday, November 19 at 6 p.m. at the Ninth and Cumberland Street parking lot.

Carriage Rides are scheduled for Fridays, December 3 and 10, 5 to 7:30 p.m. First come, first served – adults $8, children 3 to 12 $4. Or beginning in November, reservations can be made on the website – adults $10, children 3 to 12 $5.
