The Lebanon County “50+ Festival Golden Achievement Award” honors persons who have made significant contributions in the past year to our Lebanon County community through their time, actions, talents and dedication (outside any volunteer work done for their employer). The honoree selected should serve as a role model for compassion and service and be striving to make the world a better place. He/she should have a passion for helping older adults in Lebanon County.

Persons being nominated for this award must be a 50+ year old Lebanon County resident who has consistently demonstrated qualities of compassion and service to either one organization or a variety of volunteer activities in the past year. The charitable activities / events or service listed on the application cannot be part of the nominee’s job description or duties and the individual cannot receive any monetary or personal benefits from their involvement.

Selection will be solely determined by the 50+ Festival Committee, based on how the nominee meets the criteria above.

Winner will be announced on October 31, 2022, and award will be presented at the 50+ Festival, on Saturday November 5, 2022. Honoree will receive a $250.00 Visa Gift Card, and a $250 donation will be made to the organization of the honoree’s choice in recognition of his/her efforts. Honoree will be celebrated at the 50+ Festival on November 5, 2022, and is strongly encouraged to attend.

Nominations should include full contact information for the nominating party, as well as for the nominee. Submission should address how the nominee meets the criteria outlined and should not exceed two pages. Please submit by October 24, 2022, to:
