Did you know there is a significant human trafficking problem in Pennsylvania? As recent as January 2020, members of a Reading area drug ring were arrested on drug and human trafficking charges.

On February 18, The Lebanon 9-12 Project will sponsor a program dealing with this topic. Mr. Chadwick Harris from the Blackbriar Corporation and Ms. Janelle Esbenshade of North Star Initiative will present information on this serious human rights issue that is plaguing our community.

Blackbriar Corporation is a nonprofit that takes aim to end child trafficking. North Star Initiative operates a Lancaster area restoration home and program for female sex-trafficking survivors.

This important program will be held at All About You Catering, 302 East Lehman Street, Lebanon on Tuesday, February 18 at 6:30 p.m. This program, along with all our Lebanon 9-12 Project meetings, are open to the public and free of charge. Light refreshments will be served.
