To encourage career development and skills building within Lebanon County’s workforce, the Lebanon Valley Chamber Foundation is providing reimbursement to individuals for certification fees that may advance their careers and fill much needed skills-based job openings.
Certification fees will be reimbursed to individuals upon submission of an application and payment receipt. Applicants must be employed or have a job offer with a Lebanon County employer based on completing the certification. There are limited funds, and an application does not guarantee reimbursement.
Foundation President/CEO Karen Groh stated, “We are hoping to encourage our workforce to look for opportunities to move into a better position, advance their career goals and income possibilities, and meet the ever-growing need for skilled employees in Lebanon County.”
