From Clement C. Moore’s famous poem, A Visit from St. Nicholas, the children had visions of sugar plums dancing in their heads anticipating their Christmas treats. In February, we anticipate eating Cherry Pie to recognize President’s Day (Feb. 21) and National Cherry Pie Day (Feb. 20).

Once again, the Community of Lebanon Association will be holding the Cherry Pie Festival on Friday, Feb. 18 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and Saturday, Feb. 19 from 9 a.m. until noon or when it’s gone, at the Lebanon Farmers Market. The Market is located 35 S. 8^th Street.

Cost is $3.50 per slice.
