Pennsylvania State Police announced in a press release early Monday, Nov. 8, that Andrew J. Dzwonchyk, a 40 year old Jonestown man, was killed by state troopers during an incident Sunday, Nov. 7, in Union Township.

Richland woman shot dead after vehicle chase, attempting to ram police car
A 42-year-old Richland woman is dead after twice trespassing on a North Lebanon Township property, then leading police on a chase through the county that ended in her death as she attempted to ram a police car with an unidentified North Lebanon Township officer inside.
