According to a listing on Loopnet, the lease on the Kmart at 1745 Quentin Road is up for grabs.

The store is still open for business as usual, at least at present.

The 117,200 SF space sits on a 15.35 acre lot, with plenty of parking available.

The building is able to be subdivided by the new landlord (so the Garden Shop area could end up being a different business than whatever company eventually occupies the main retail area).

We’ve left a message with Keller Williams Realty and will update this post when we hear back.

  1. I’d love to see a real pet store that doesn’t overcharge for everything or allow a small business such as myself who is breeding animals for snakes and reptiles to afford a place but no one will rent to anyone because of the animals that need to be bred
