The opening of Lebanon Wellness Center has been pushed back again, according to a report by the Daily News (paywall).

Wellness Centers of PA CEO Robert Kemp told the paper that the company’s Lebanon location is now set to open March 8.

The dispensary will occupy the ground floor of the historic Mann building at 815 Cumberland Street, named after the Lebanon clothing merchant who built it in 1904 (paywall).

In Daniel Walmer’s report for the Daily News, he notes that the delay has been so long in fact that the original building permit has expired. City Clerk Cheryl Gibson told Walmer that the company’s architect will have to submit revisions for review and approval at which a new permit can be issued and the project completed.
