City of Lebanon Police

A 38 year old Lebanon man has been charged with Strangulation (domestic violence related), Terroristic Threats, Unlawful Restraint, False Imprisonment and Simple Assault after an incident between 2-15-19 and 2-17-19 at several locations within the City limits. He is accused of restraining the 32 year old victim’s freedom of movement by threatening to harm her and choking her on several different occasions which caused her to believe she was going to die. The victim stated she was unable to breathe when being choked. The victim was able to escape from the man and went to a friend’s home and called police. The victim had bruises on her body from being struck and choked. The man had fled prior to police arrival and not apprehended. During this incident he is accused of committing a Robbery, Theft, and Simple Assault on 2-16-19 at about 1200 hours on the 00 block of N. 9th Street. He is accused of assaulting a male who attempted to prevent him from assaulting the female victim. He is accused of taking property from the male during the assault. The male received minor injuries during the assault. The Pennsylvania State Police had contact with the man during a traffic violation on 2-25-19 and apprehended him on the Lebanon City Police Department warrants. He was arraigned before MDJ Thomas Capello at LCCB and incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $10,000 bail each warrant.

Charges of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, Accidents Involving Damage to Unattended Vehicle or Property and Careless Driving have been filed against a 32 year old Annville woman after being involved in a traffic accident and failing to stop immediately. She is accused of striking two parked cars with her car and leaving the scene. She was located in her vehicle a distance from the accident scene. Police allege her BAC was .285% at the time of the incident.

A 30 year old man with no permanent address has been cited for Criminal Trespass on 2-24-19 at 0014 on the 100 block of E. High Street.
A 50 year old Lebanon woman has been cited for Harassment after investigation into an incident that occurred on 2-11-19 at 1051 hours on the 900 block of Guilford Street.

A charge of Bad Checks has been filed against a 41 year old Lebanon man after passing a bad check on 10-16-18 on the 500 block of Lehman Street in the amount of $1537.00.

Charges of False Identification to Law Enforcement, Operation Following Suspension of Registration and Drivers Required to be Licensed have been filed against a 46 year old Lebanon man after a traffic stop on 2-28-19 at 1041 hours on the 00 block of N. 10th Street. He is accused of using a family member’s biographical information during the traffic stop.

Charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Registration and Certificate of Title Required, Required Financial Responsibility, Violations of Use of Certificate of Inspection, Operation of Vehicle Without Official Certificate of Inspection, Evidence of Emission Inspection and Fail to use a Safety Belt have been filed against a 44 year old Lebanon man after a traffic stop on 2-03-19 at 1004 hours on the 00 block of S. 2nd Ave.

Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol or a Controlled Substance, Obedience to Traffic Control Devices and Possession of a Small Amount of Marijuana have been filed against a 54 year old Lebanon man after a traffic stop on 2-17-19 at 2227 hours on the 700 block of Cumberland Street. He refused to submit to the tests for alcohol of a controlled substance.

A charge of Driving While Operating Privilege is Suspended or Revoked DUI related has been filed against a 29 year old Lebanon man after a traffic stop on 2-21-19 at 2350 hours on the 800 block of C&L Street.

MEMBER’S FIRST CREDIT

A 31 year old Lebanon woman was traveling north on Quentin Road. She was attempting to turn onto the side road and slid off of the road hitting the curb and the one way street sign. No injuries were reported and her vehicle was towed.

FULTON BANK

A 23 year old Lebanon man was traveling across a lane of travel on the parking lot behind Fulton Bank and struck a 60 year old Lebanon woman. The front of the man’s vehicle struck the woman’s vehicle on the passenger side front tire and was towed, no injuries reported.

A 19 year old Reading man was traveling east on SR422. The man struck a 60 year old Lebanon woman while she was stopped (or slowing) in traffic, waiting for a stop light.

2500 W CUMBERLAND ST – LEBANON
HAROLD’S FURNITURE

A 24 year old Lebanon woman was traveling eastbound on W. Cumberland Street in the 2500 block, she lost control of her vehicle and slid off the roadway onto the shoulder area. She did not strike any objects and was sitting off the roadway. A 53 year old Lebanon woman, also traveling eastbound, struck the rear of the first woman. No injuries reported, one vehicle towed, the other was drivable.

Traffic stop for a stop sign violation; a 38 year old Lebanon woman was cited for Stop Signs and Yield Signs and Driving while Operating Privilege is Suspended or Revoked. License was seized and returned to PENNDOT.
