Barley Snyder is pleased to announce that attorney Erika C. Firestone has joined the firm as a member of its Real Estate Practice Group. She will be based in the firm’s Lebanon office.
The addition of Firestone further bolsters Barley Snyder’s Real Estate Practice Group, which represents developers, businesses, municipalities, non-profit organizations and individuals. The multidisciplinary group includes more than 50 attorneys and paralegals across the firm’s footprint, offering clients seamless access to localized insight and firmwide resources.

Firestone counsels clients on a broad range of commercial real estate, land use and community association matters, working with developers, business owners, property owners and other stakeholders on transactions, regulatory compliance and development projects throughout Pennsylvania. Her practice includes planned community and condominium matters, commercial real estate transactions and leasing, land use approvals and development-related matters. Prior to joining Barley Snyder, Firestone practiced real estate law with a regional Pennsylvania law firm. A Lebanon native, she is excited to be back practicing law in her hometown.
