A 26 year old Lebanon woman has been cited for Harassment after a fight on 4-26-19 at 0125 hours on the 300 block of N. 5th Street.
A 16 year old male, a 15 year old male and a 19 year old male all from Lebanon have been cited for Disorderly Conduct on 5-14-19 at 2102 hours on the 00 block of S. 11th Street.
A 62 year old Lebanon man has been cited for Public Drunkenness on 5-18-19 at 1849 hours on the 100 block of Walnut Street.
A 36 year old man and a 19 year old man both from Lebanon have been cited for Disorderly Conduct after a fight on 5-17-19 at 0820 hours on the 400 block of Lehman Street.
A 55 year old Lebanon man has been cited for Scattering Rubbish on 5-04-19 at 1348 hours on the 100 block of Cumberland Street after being accused of throwing household waste into a bin on another’s property not belonging to him.
An 18 year old Lebanon man has been cited for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia on 5-18-19 at 2333 hours on the 00 block of S. 7th Street.
A 55 year old Los Angeles, CA man has been cited for Public Drunkenness on 5-18-19 at 0231 hours on the 00 block of N. 7th Street.
A 17 year old male from Lebanon has been charged with Access Device Fraud, Receiving Stolen Property and False Identification to Law Enforcement after investigation into an incident which occurred on 4-12-19 at 1330 hours at 45 S. 9th Street. The juvenile is accused of using a stolen credit card to purchase items from the store. Charges have been filed through the Lebanon County District Attorney’s Office.
Jose Lopez-Gonzalez a 63 year old Lebanon resident has been charged with Aggravated Assault, Simple Assault (domestic violence related) and Disorderly Conduct after an incident on 5-18-19 at 0106 hours on the 00 block of N. 9th Street. Lopez is accused of striking the victim a 39 year old male on the head with a glass pitcher causing it to break. Lopez sustained a laceration to his hand requiring medical treatment. The victim refused medical treatment. Lopez was transported to LCCB after treatment. He was arraigned before MDJ Kim Wolfe and release on $10,000 unsecured bail.
Charges of Receiving Stolen Property, Resisting Arrest, Possession of A Controlled Substance, Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, Driving Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance and Period for Required Lighted Lamps have been filed against 28 year old Edwin Almonte of Lebanon after an incident on 4-15-19 at 0117 hours at 7th and Cumberland Streets. Almonte was stopped for a traffic violation; police accuse him of resisting arrest when being told he was to be transported to the hospital for a blood alcohol test. Police also allege he possessed a controlled substance. After further investigation the vehicle he was operating had been reported stolen.
Jackson Township
This crash occurred May 21 at 3pm on the 700 block of East Lincoln Avenue (SR 422), Jackson Township, Lebanon County, PA as Unit 1, a 2001 Hyundai Santa Fe, was traveling westbound. Unit 1 exited its lane of travel and traversed through the middle “turn only” lane and into the path of eastbound traffic. Unit 1 then struck the front left portion of eastbound Unit 2, a 2016 Chevrolet Trax with its front left portion. Both Unit 1 and Unit 2 rotated counter-clockwise before coming to final rest facing north in the southern shoulder of the roadway. Operator 1, a 24 year old Lebanon man, was not wearing a seat belt and sustained fatal injuries at the scene Passenger 1, a 25 year old Lebanon woman, was wearing a seat belt and sustained severe injuries. Passenger 2, a 56 year old Lebanon man, was ejected from Unit 1 and sustained severe injuries. Operator 2, a 73 year old Shillington, PA man, was wearing a seat belt and sustained severe injuries. Operator 2 had to be removed from Unit 2 by mechanical means. Multiple airbags were deployed in both vehicles. East Lincoln Avenue remained closed for approximately three (3) hours as the crash was investigated and the scene was cleared. Myerstown EMS and Goodwill Fire Company assisted at the scene. Both vehicles were towed from the scene by CJ Wagners Towing.

1600 BLK W CUMBERLAND ST – LEBANON
A 43 year old Palmyra man was traveling in the eastbound lane in the 1600 block of W Cumberland St, when he struck a 76 year old Lebanon man. The Palmyra man’s car had front end damage, Lebanon man’s car had rear end damage. The Lebanon man had a cut on the top of his head and was treated by First Aid and Safety Patrol. His vehicle needed to be towed, the other vehicle was driven from the scene.

Two 17 years of age female juveniles from Lititz were cited for retail theft after they were caught trading old shoes for new and walking out of the store without paying for the shoes. Value: $64.99 and $76.98.

A 42 year old Newmanstown man was traveling southbound in the 1600 block of 72. A 23 year old Womelsdorf man was traveling north bound in 1600 block of 72. At some point, both units hit their driver side mirrors. No injuries reported, vehicles were driven from the scene.
