There’s so much to do around the Lebanon Valley these days that there’s no excuse to spend an entire weekend inside binging Netflix.

… I mean, you’re still allowed to stay inside and binge watch; there just aren’t any excuses for you to justify that decision.

Here’s what’s happening around the Lebanon Valley this weekend:

Friday 6/7

Saint Cecilia’s Festival – This festival will take place all weekend but it kicks off on Friday evening at 4pm. Expect food, entertainment, games, and a whole lot more! This event is hosted by Saint Cecilia’s Catholic Church (750 State Drive, Lebanon).

Lebanon First Friday Art Walk – First Friday Art Walk is a celebration of Art and Music held on the first Friday of every month. See work from local artists hosted by local galleries, shops, bars, restaurants, and churches.

Saturday 6/8

Tour de Lebanon Valley – The Tour de Lebanon Valley will weave its way around Lebanon County; through farmland, forests and historic sites. Each group of riders will depart from the Lebanon County Expo Center with the first group starting at 7am.

Reptile Family Expo at The Lebanon Expo Center – Check out 150 tables full of reptiles. Buy, sell, and trade with the top professionals in the industry. Free facepainting and balloons. Food will also be available.

69th Annual Fireman’s Carnival at Bellegrove Fire Company Grounds – The Bellegrove Volunteer Fire Company is hosting carnivals June 1, 8, 15, and 22. The carnivals feature food, games, and music. June 8 will feature a performance by country band, Fast Lane.

Sunday 6/9

Yoga at the Lebanon Valley Mall – Join yoga instructor Kelly Strada for a one-hour Vinyasa flow yoga class. Classes are $10 per person (cash collected at the beginning of the class), however, college students can receive a $2 discount by showing a school ID. The class will meet inside the mall where the old Maurice’s store formerly was, and the class will begin at 9:30am.

Union Canal Park Fundraiser: Fish In A Bowl – Kids 5 years and up will be able to participate in this craft-making fundraiser which will benefit the historic Union Canal Park. The craft supplies will be on hand as kids create their own fish bowls using crocheted fish, rock magnets, and more. The fundraiser runs from 12-3pm and costs $20.
