City of Lebanon

A 48 year old Lebanon man has been cited for Harassment after an incident on 5-06-19 at 1620 hours on the 00 block of N. 7th Street.

Brian Gingrich a 53 year old Lebanon resident has been cited for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia on 6-07-19 at 2327 hours on the 100 block of N. 11th Avenue. Gingrich was also incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of a State Parole warrant.

A 25 year old Reading man has been cited for Transportation, Possession or Consumption in Public Places (open container), a 21 year old Myerstown woman has been cited for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and a 24 year old Womelsdorf woman has been cited for Disorderly Conduct, Public Drunkenness and Transportation, Possession or Consumption in Public Places (open container) after an incident on 6-06-19 at 2055 hours on the 300 block of N. 1st. Avenue.

Charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia have been filed against Anthony Baker a 33 year old Lebanon resident after contact with police on 3-31-19 at 1336 hours on the 500 N. 10th Street.

Charges of Receiving Stolen Property and Trespass have been filed against Justino Cosme a 19 year old Lebanon resident after an investigation into a theft on 5-26-19 at 2113 hours on the 900 block of Church Street. Cosme is accused of posting a stolen bicycle.

Hector Flores-Martinez a 30 year old Lebanon resident has been charged with Simple Assault (domestic violence related), Recklessly Endangering Another Person, Possession of a Small Amount of Marijuana and Disorderly Conduct after an incident on6-07-19 at 1849 hours on the 200 block of N. 7th Street. Flores is accused of using his vehicle to cut in front of the 19 year old victim and then reversed into her vehicle as she was driving and had her infant child in the vehicle with her. Minor damage occurred to the vehicle but no one was injured. When Flores was apprehended police allege he possessed a small amount of marijuana. He was transported to LCCB and arraigned before MDJ Thomas Capello. He was incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $10,000 bail.

Carlos Leon-Daleccio a 31 year old Lebanon resident has been charged with Terroristic Threats (domestic violence related), Simple Assault, Possession of a Small Amount of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia after an incident on 6-08-19 at 1922 hours on the 200 block of S. 9th Street. Leon is accused of using a razor knife to wave in front of the 29 year old victimโ€™s face telling her he will โ€œcut her face open.โ€ He is also accused of slapping her on the face and punching her arm causing minor injury. Leon was apprehended and transported to LCCB. He was arraigned before MDJ Thomas Capello and incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $5,000 bail.

Cornwall Borough

Accident โ€“ Occurred Friday, 11:53 AM, on SR 72, just north of the Lancaster County line.ย Vehicles driven by a 51 year old Manheim woman; and a 70 year old Berwick man.ย The woman was injured and transported to Wellspan GSH; her vehicle was towed, the man’s vehicle was drivable.

East Hanover Township

This two vehicle crash occurred on June 11 at 12:51pm on SR 22 Westbound, East Hanover Township, Lebanon County. The crash occurred as Unit 1 was traveling westbound in the left lane of SR 22 West. Unit 2 was traveling westbound in the right lane of SR 22 West. While traveling west in the left lane Unit 1’s passenger side mirror impacted Unit 2’s driver side mirror. Unit 1 sustained no damage to its passenger side mirror. Unit 2 sustained minor damage to its driver side mirror. Operator 1 and Operator 2 were unharmed. Operator 1 and Operator 2 issued a driver exchange information sheet. Both vehicles were Freightliner Cascadia Evolutions. All vehicles were able to be driven from the crash scene, the drivers were not identified.

Heidelberg Township

On June 10 at 2pm, State Police responded to the 100 block of Weidman Road in Heidelberg Township for the report of multiple items being stolen. Investigation revealed the suspect(s) stole multiple battery operated power tools, two chainsaw’s, and cash from the above mentioned location. Investigation is ongoing.

NORMAN DR @ CORNWALL RD – LEBANON

A 70 year old Myerstown woman was attempting to cross Cornwall Road. She pulled out into the path of a 65 year old Lebanon woman, who struck the passenger side of the first woman’s car pushing the front of it into a 41 year old Lebanon man’s vehicle. The Myerstown woman complained of knee pain and dizziness. First Aid and Safety Patrol responded and transported her to the Good Samaritan Hospital. No other injuries were reported. The two women’s vehicles were towed, the man was able to drive his vehicle.
