City of Lebanon

A 21 year old Lebanon man has been cited for Harassment after an incident on 8-22-19 at 1438 hours on the 400 block of N. 5th Street.

A charge of Criminal Mischief has been filed against a 35 year old Fredericksburg man after an incident on 7-23-19 at 2010 hours on the 700 block of Guilford Street. He is accused of kicking and punching the victim’s vehicle causing damage in the amount of $2,750.28.

Charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia have been filed against Robert Rivera-Magdaleno a 26 year old Lebanon resident after contact with police on 7-19-19 at 1916 hours on the 00 block of N. 9th Street.

Charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia have been filed against a 25 year old Lebanon man after contact with police on 7-12-19 at 1937 hours on the 300 block of N. 8th Street.

A 56 year old Lebanon man has been cited for Disorderly Conduct on 8-26-19 at 1819 hours. Police allege he urinated in public on the walking path on the 1100 block of Willow Street.

Charges of Possession of a Small Amount of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia have been filed against a 34 year old Lebanon man after police allege the marijuana and paraphernalia were located in his apartment. This incident occurred on 8-20-19 at 0859 hours on the 100 block of S. 8th Street.

Danilo Polanco-Pimentel a 38 year old Lebanon resident has been charged with a Protection From Abuse Order violation on 8-26-19 at 0803 hours on the 00 block of S. 4th Street. Polanco is accused of making contact with the 43 year old victim a violation of the PFA. The victim was not injured as a result of the contact. Polanco was apprehended and taken before President Judge John Tywalk. Polanco was incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $500 bail.

North Cornwall Township

08-06-2019 (Tuesday) 20:06 – White Oak Circle, Check on a suspicious vehicle, a 36 year old Myerstown man was charged with DUI.

08-07-2019 (Wednesday) 02:55 – E Penn Ave (area of Henise Tires) Traffic stop for a vehicle driving in the center turning lane; a 24 year old Lebanon woman was charged with DUI and Disregard Traffic Lane.

08-11-2019 (Sunday) 03:09 – Quentin Road (area of Tuck Street) Traffic stop for heavily tinted windows; a 31 year old Lebanon woman was charged with DUI and Illegal Window Tint.  (Oper/Perm OP W/Unsafe Eqmt)

08-11-2019 (Sunday) 23:00 – Quentin Road at Colebrook Road – Traffic stop for a suspended license; a 20 year old Lebanon man was charged with DUI, Marijuana – Small Amt Personal Use, Use/Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Driving while Operating Privilege Suspended or revoked.

08-18-2019 (Sunday) 21:52 – Mill Road @ Rocherty Road – Traffic stop for Ornamental blue headlights and inoperable rear lights, a 32 year old Lebanon man was charged with DUI, Illegal Operation of Vehicle without Ignition Interlock, No Rear Lights and Illegal Ornamental Blue Lights.  (Oper/Perm OP W/Unsafe Eqmt)

North Londonderry Township Police

On August 26 at 2:31pm, a Middletown man pulled from a business lot onto the west bound lane of E Main Street and struck the passenger side of a vehicle driven by a Palmyra man that was traveling west in the 1000 block of E. Main Street. Both vehicles sustained damage, but were driven from the scene. No injuries were reported. The Middletown man was cited for “Vehicles Entering or Crossing Roadway.”

South Londonderry Township Police

On Tuesday, August 20, 2019, police were called to 48 My Way Dr., after the resident returned home and found Noah A. McKinney, a 25 year old Elizabethtown man, leaving the back of the home with belongings from the residence. McKinney was known to the resident. McKinney then fled on bicycle. Police located McKinney at which time he fled into a wooded area. McKinney then surrendered to police and was taken into custody. He was found to be in possession of items from the home including money, jewelry, and medication. McKinney was charged with Burglary, Criminal Trespass, and Theft. McKinney was charged with an additional theft that occurred at 25 My Way Drive, Saturday night into Sunday morning, where he was reported as having stolen over $400 from a family member. McKinney was taken to Central Booking where he was arraigned by MDJ Dissinger. McKinney was later taken to LCCF in lieu of $15,000 bail for the Burglary and related charges and $3,000 bail for the Theft charges.

South Londonderry Township Police are investigating multiple thefts from motor vehicles. There were several locations. The following areas had thefts from motor vehicles as of August 23: Beech St., Center St., Stanley Dr., South Forge Road, Darlene Ave., Weaber Ave., and Debra Drive, Palmyra Pa. Anyone with information is asked to contact the South Londonderry Township Police at 717-838-1376. None of the vehicles were locked.

The vehicle was located in the area of South Forge Road and Beech Street, Palmyra. Anyone with information is asked to contact the South Londonderry Township Police at 717-838-1376.

Swatara Township

On August 26 at 11:04am on I-78W, PSP Jonestown Troopers conducted a traffic stop on a 2004 Chevrolet Tahoe driven by Michael Shellman, a 41 year old Charleston, WV man. Multiple indicators of illegal activity were observed and a consent search was conducted. During the search of the vehicle, 30 bundles (297 baggies) of suspected heroin were seized. The accused was taken in to custody and transported to PSP Jonestown. Charges of Possession with Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and summary traffic violations were completed against the Accused. The Accused was transported to Lebanon County Central Booking where he was arraigned on $75,000 monetary bail.
