A 56 year old Lebanon man has been cited for Disorderly Conduct on 10-27-19 at 0059 hours on the 100 block of Cumberland Street.
A 21 year old Lebanon man has been cited for Harassment on 10-19-19 at 1515 hours on the 200 block of South Quince Street.
A 33 year old Lebanon man cited for Dogs Running At Large on 10-19-19 at 1545 hours on the 400 block of Van Buren Street.
A 20 year old Lebanon man has been cited for Disorderly Conduct on 10-16-19 at 1735 hours on the 300 block of S. 2nd Street.
A 38 year old Annville man has been cited for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia on 10-13-19 at 1445 hours on the 100 block of Van Buren Street. Charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia have been filed against a 57 year old North Lebanon Township man as a result of the same incident. Charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Registration and Certificate of Title Required and Drivers Required to be Licensed have been filed against a 49 year old Lebanon man after a traffic stop on 9-21-19 at 0204 hours on the 700 block of Walnut Street. A charge of Theft has been filed against a 23 year old Lebanon man after investigation on 10-11-19 at 1630 hours on the 400 block of S. 9th Street. Puente is accused of taking money from the register of the business he was employed. Total loss to the employer is $320.00. Charges not yet filed with state.
Charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia have been filed against a 33 year old Lebanon man after an incident on 10-11-19 at 1811 hours on the 700 block of Arnold Street. Charges not yet filed with state.
Charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of a Small Amount of Marijuana have been filed against a 34 year old Lebanon woman and a 25 year old Lebanon man after police assisted Lebanon County Probation Officers on 10-03-19 at 1927 hours on the 400 block of N. Chapel Street. Charges not yet filed with state.
A 13 year old male from Lebanon has been charged with Simple Assault (2 cts, domestic violence related) after an incident on 10-24-19 at 0815 hours on the 700 block of Locust Street. The juvenile is accused of assaulting a 31year old woman and a 27 year old woman after a verbal argument became physical. The juvenile was released to another family member. Proceedings are pending in the juvenile court system.
Cornwall Borough
Accident – Occurred Friday, 6:55 AM, on SR 419 at Cornwall Center. Vehicles driven by a 23-year-old Millersville man; and a 41-year-old Fredericksburg woman. No injuries. Both vehicles drivable.
North Cornwall Township
Accident – 10-27-2019-18:57 – The accident occurred when a vehicle driven by a 78-year-old Lebanon woman struck a vehicle driven by a 54-year-old Lebanon man as he was making a left-hand turn from Summit Street onto Quentin Road. Both vehicles were driven from the scene, no injuries reported.
10-20-2019 19:08 – Domingo Anthony Torres, 36, Lebanon was charged with Access Device Issued to another who did not authorize use and Jevon Alexander Vicente 19, Lebanon was charged with Access Device Issued to another who did not authorize use and Theft by Impression when the two males fraudulently used another person’s Kohl’s charge card to purchase a candy bar, PlayStation 4 and an Amazon Fire Stick for a total value of $453.43.
North Londonderry Township
On Oct. 31 at 3:16 p.m., a resident in the 1000 block of N. Forge reported that a northbound pickup truck struck and knocked over her mailbox. The truck then struck a detour sign and a guide wire to a MetEd pole. The truck was described as being dark in color. Evidence at the scene indicates that the truck was a 1999 to 2003 For F-150. Anyone with information is asked to contact NLTPD at 717-838-5276.
On Oct. 31 at 2:25 p.m, the North Londonderry Township Police Department investigated an accident at Apple Blossom Lane and Maple Street. The accident occurred when a 32-year-old Lebanon man, who was driving east on Maple Street, slowed for a stop sign at Apple Blossom Lane and slid on the wet roadway, striking the rear of a a 46-year-old Harrisburg woman’s vehicle. Minor damage was reported to the Harrisburg woman’s vehicle. No injuries were reported.
A 28-year-old Palmyra woman was cited for summary retail theft in connection with an incident that occurred on Sept. 1. She was observed at a self-checkout register where she intentionally failed to scan and pay for merchandise in the amount of $26.44.
North Londonderry Township Police have charged a Alex Yeakley, a 30-year-old Myerstown man, with resisting arrest, driving while suspended, and a vehicle equipment violation following a traffic stop on Oct. 30 at 3:45 a.m.
