North Cornwall Township
01-08-2020 at 1442 hours – 1900 block of Colebrook Road – A 27-year-old Lebanon man was traveling south on Colebrook Road. He was driving aggressively and passed multiple vehicles on the left. Due to the roads being snow covered and icy, he lost control and struck a tree in a yard on the 1900 block of Colebrook Road. Vehicle had front and passenger side damage and was towed. No injuries were reported by the driver.
01-08-2020 at 1329 hours – Oral Surgery Associates, Norman Drive parking lot – An 81-year-old Lebanon man accidentally stepped on the gas pedal instead of the brake and struck a light pole. His vehicle suffered heavy damage to the front end of the vehicle and was towed. The man and his passenger suffered injuries during the crash. Police transported them to GSH / Wellspan to seek medical attention.
01-09-2020 at 1745 hours – 1700 block of Quentin Road – A 47-year-old Annville man was stopped at the traffic light. A 40-year-old Lititz woman struck the rear of the man’s vehicle. Both vehicles had light damage and were driven away, no injuries reported.
Accident 01-11-2020 at 1253 hours, Quentin Road at West Crestview Drive. A 52-year-old Lansdale woman pulled out of West Crestview and struck a 19-year-old Jonestown woman as she was attempting to turn right. No injuries, vehicles driven away.
Vehicle Fire – 01-11-2020 – 2147 – Police responded to a reported vehicle fire in the 1600 block of Center Street. A 38-year-old Lebanon man told police he was turning from Center Street onto South 17th Street to park his vehicle. He heard a noise, then observed flames coming from under the hood. He and his wife exited the vehicle. No injuries were reported, fire personnel were on scene, vehicle was towed.
North Lebanon Township
Retail Theft – Albert Leininger, a 64-year-old Cleona man, was charged with 2 counts of retail theft after incidents that occurred at Sunset Outlets, 1650 N. 7th Street, Lebanon, on December 11 and January 8, failing to pay for merchandise valued at $8.99.
Drug Possession – Corey Singer – age 26 – No address – was charged with possession of marijuana and paraphernalia after an incident that occurred on January 1, 2020, in the 500 block of Prescott Drive.
Retail Theft, Corruption of Minors – Donna Wanamaker, a 42-year-old Lebanon woman, was charged with retail theft and corruption of minors after an incident that occurred on January 2, at the Lebanon Wal-Mart. She failed to pay for merchandise valued at $87.
North Londonderry Township
For an incident that occurred Jan. 7 at 6:04 p.m. on the 00 block of Bellegrove Road, North Londonderry Township Police have cited a 29-year-old Lebanon man with driving vehicle at safe speed following an accident in which he lost control of his vehicle on snow covered roads, struck a road sign, and crashed into a culvert.
For an incident that occurred Jan. 7 at 4:04 p.m. on the 700 block of Gravel Hill Road, North Londonderry Township Police have cited a 30-year-old Palmyra man with driving vehicle at safe speed following an accident in which he lost control of his vehicle on snow covered roads and struck a guide rail.
The North Londonderry Township Police investigated a vehicle accident that occurred Jan. 12 at 7:57 a.m. on the 00 block of Edison Road in which a vehicle operated by a 23-year-old Palmyra woman struck a fence with her vehicle and failed to remain on scene to report the incident.
For an incident that occurred Jan. 10 at 12:27 p.m. on the 00 block of Dianna Dr, Lisa Talamonti, a 49-year-old woman of unknown permanent address, was charged after being found on the property where she was lawfully evicted from as a result of a Protection from Abuse order.
For an incident that occurred Jan. 11 at 5:49 p.m. on the 700 block of S Forge Road, a 63-year-old Palmyra man was cited with Harassment for making unwanted contact with a 55-year-old Palmyra woman after being warned. Citation filed with District Justice Garver’s office.
For an incident that occurred Jan. 12 at 2:35 a.m. on the 500 block of Eisenhower Rd, North Londonderry Township Police have cited a 23-year-old Palmyra woman with driving vehicle at safe speed and failing to wear her belt belt following an accident.
South Londonderry Township
On Jan. 3 at 11:30 p.m., the South Londonderry Township Police Department was summoned to the 2800 block of Horseshoe Pike for a followup request to a non-related incident. Upon arrival, officers observed physical evidence of a domestic dispute. Amy Duncan, a 44-year-old Palmyra woman, was subsequently taken into custody for simple assault and harassment.
On Saturday, Dec. 7, at approximately 1:39 p.m., several items were found on the roadway at the intersection of South Forge Road and Bell Road, including paint cans and tools. Anyone with information, or the owner of the tools, is asked to contact SLTPD at 717-838-1376.
For an incident that occurred Jan. 8 at 4:17 p.m., the South Londonderry Township Police Department was dispatched to the area of Lawn Rd. and Drescher Rd. for the report of a single vehicle motor vehicle accident. Upon arrival, no injuries were reported at the scene and no towing of the vehicle was required. A 27-year-old Palmyra man was involved.
For an incident that occurred Jan. 8 at 5:12 p.m., the South Londonderry Township Police Department was dispatched to the area of S. Forge Rd. and Hinkle Rd. for the report of a motor vehicle accident. Upon arrival, no injuries were reported at the scene. At that time, the northbound and southbound lanes of S. Forge Rd. were blocked by the incident. Following an investigation the vehicles were moved from the roadway. The Police Department was assisted by the Campbelltown Fire Company and Campbelltown Fire Police. An 81-year-old Lebanon woman and a 42-year-old Wileyville, WV man were involved.
On Jan. 7 at 8:08 p.m., the South Londonderry Township Police Department responded to a single vehicle accident along Mount Gretna Road east of Mount Wilson Road. The vehicle, a black Kia Soul operated by a 25-year-old Lebanon man, had left the roadway and struck a speed limit sign. The vehicle sustained minor damage. No injuries resulted from the crash.
On Jan. 8 at 6:44 a.m., the South Londonderry Township Police Department was dispatched to the area of Mount Wilson Road near Mine Road for a single vehicle accident. The driver, a 22-year-old Lebanon man, was operated a white Buick Century that had slid off the roadway after leaving the scene of a previous accident on Elizabethtown Road. The vehicle was towed from the scene. No injuries resulted from the crash. Charges pending final results of investigation.
On Nov. 2 at approximately 8:32 a.m., South Londonderry Township Police investigated a crash with rollover. Upon a police investigation of the driver, Charles A. Mason, a 48-year-old Dillsburg man, was found to be under the influence of drugs, driving while suspended, and the vehicle had expired inspection and emission stickers. Taylor Davis, a 48-year-old Annville man and the owner of the vehicle, allowed Mason to drive while suspended and vehicle not inspected and altered the inspections and emissions stickers.
In an incident that occurred Jan. 9 at 5:27 p.m., a Dodge Caravan driven by a Gregory Harriott, a 60-year-old Liverpool man, struck the rear of a Kia SUV driven by a 27-year-old Lebanon woman. Her vehicle was stopped in traffic at Horseshoe Pike east of S. Thistledown Dr when the man’s vehicle crashed into her. Both vehicles had to be towed from the scene. Harriott was charged with driving vehicle at safe speed and driving while operating privileges were suspended.
Union Township
In the commission of this crime on Jan. 9 at 9:47 p.m., the Accused, Alexander Lancia, a 26-year-old Lebanon man, was stopped on Lickdale Rd. for multiple traffic violations. During the stop a strong odor of marijuana was detected coming from the vehicle. The Accused produced his medical marijuana card and made an admission he had just smoked a marijuana joint while Troopers were following behind his vehicle. Through further questioning the Accused admitted to having a large amount of marijuana and prepacked THC wax in a bookbag in his vehicle. A probable cause search was conducted in which approximately 16.9 ounces of marijuana, 86 plastic THC Shatter (Wax) containers, a digital scale, and other related ACT 64 items were seized. The Accused was taken in to custody and transported to PSP Jonestown for further interview. At station the Accused admitted to selling the marijuana and THC Shatter. The Accused related he had marijuana and THC Shatter with an estimated street value of $6,000 in his bookbag. Charges of Felony Possession with Intent to Deliver (2 cts), Possession of a Controlled Substance (3 cts), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and summary traffic violations were completed on the Accused. The Accused was transported to Lebanon County Central Booking where he was arraigned on $50,000 monetary bail.
West Cornwall Township
Charges – Noel N. Crespi, age 25, 638 W. King St., York, has been charged with criminal mischief and disorderly conduct in connection with an incident January 1st, 7:30 PM, at Philhaven, 283 S. Butler Road. Police responded to the facility for a disturbance and found Crespi crawling around the ceiling area in one of the Pods. He caused $3169.00 damage to the walls, windows and ceilings of the unit.
