Lebanon City

Harassment – A 76 year old Lebanon woman has been cited for Harassment on March 27, 2020 at 9:50 a.m. on the 1500 block of Oak St.

Traffic Accident, DUI, and Drug Charges – Charges of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol or a Controlled Substance, Possession of a Small Amount of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia have been filed against 18 year old Lualmike Delvalle-Figueroa of Lebanon after a minor traffic incident on Jan. 11, 2020 at 10:45 p.m. on the 700 block of Glenwood St. Delvalle is accused of having THC within his blood at the time of the accident.

Simple Assault – Joshualynn Martinez, a 21 year old Lebanon resident, has been charged with Simple Assault (domestic violence related) and Criminal Mischief after an incident on March 27, 2020 at 12:15 a.m. on the 500 block of South Lincoln Ave. Martinez is accused of throwing the 19 year old victim to the ground then causing her to smash a large storefront window after throwing her into the window. The victim had minor injuries as a result of the assault. Martinez fled from the scene and has not been apprehended. A warrant has been issued for her arrest.

Burglary Warrant, Resisting Arrest, Disorderly Conduct – Alejandro Morales, an 18 year old Lebanon resident, has been charged with Resisting Arrest and Disorderly Conduct after an incident on March 29, 2020 at 6:08 p.m. on the 300 block of East Mifflin St. Police responded to a verbal domestic argument and arrived to discover Morales. He was wanted on Burglary charges from an incident on March 22, 2020. Morales resisted arrest but was subsequently apprehended and transported to LCCB. He was arraigned on the Burglary warrant, bail was set at $25,000. He was then arraigned on the Resisting Arrest charge with bail set at $5,000. Morales was arraigned by MDJ John Ditzler and incarcerated at LCCF.

Trespass – A a 26 year old Lebanon man and a 29 year old Lebanon man have been cited for Trespass on March 31, 2020 at 2:16 a.m. on the 500 block of Church St.

False Identification, Driving While Suspended – Michael Santos-Mirabal, a 27 year old Lebanon resident, has been charged with False Identification to Law Enforcement Officer, Driving While Operating Privilege is Suspended or Revoked and Carrying and Exhibiting Drivers License on Demand after a traffic stop on March 29, 2020 at 12:48 a.m. on the 900 block of Willow St. Santos was also wanted on an outstanding Lebanon County Bench Warrant. He was transported to LCCB and arraigned by MDJ John Ditzler. He was incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $5,000 bail.

Substance Possession, Public Drunkenness – Charges of Possession of a Designer Drug, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Public Drunkenness have been filed against Daniel Maldonado, a 39 year old Lebanon resident, after an incident on March 27, 2020 at 5:58 p.m. on the 100 block of North 8th St.

Simple Assault, Terroristic Threats, Disorderly Conduct – Julio Mayo-Mendez, a 39 year old Lebanon resident, has been charged with Simple Assault (domestic violence related), Terroristic Threats, and Disorderly Conduct on March 28, 2020 at 7:01 p.m. on the 200 block of South 11th St. Mayo is accused of pushing the 22 year old victim to the ground and grabbing her by the throat while stating he would kill her. The victim had minor injuries as a result of the assault. Mayo was apprehended and transported to LCCB. He was arraigned before MDJ John Ditzler and incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $10,000 bail.

4th Offense of Driving with a DUI Suspended License – A charge of Driving While Operating Privilege is Suspended or Revoked DUI related has been filed against Jodi Beamesderfer, a 45 year old Lebanon resident, on March 14, 2020 at 8:49 p.m. at 12th St. and Walnut St. Beamesderfer was involved in a minor traffic accident. Records reflect this is Beamesderfer’s fourth offense of driving with a DUI suspended license.

Lebanon County

Property Damage – This incident occurred on Jan. 21, 2020 at 8:00 p.m., when an unknown actor(s) drove a vehicle onto Deck Airport property, located at 398 South Ramona Rd., and surrounding agricultural fields, doing donuts and burnouts, causing damage to the grounds/fields. This occurred after business hours. The suspect vehicle is described as a burgundy/red-colored Subaru four-door station wagon with a grey front left fender. The actor/suspect vehicle fled the area in an unknown direction. The incident also occurred on Apr. 15, 2019 at 3:30 a.m. with the same unknown vehicle. Millcreek Township

Traffic Accident – This crash occurred on March 29, 2020 at 5:33 p.m. as Unit 1, a 2006 Dodge Ram 2500 pickup, was traveling south on South Mountain Rd. Unit 1 was negotiating a left-hand curve when Unit 1’s tires lost contact with the wet road surface, causing Operator 1, a 35 year old Myerstown man, to lose control of Unit 1. Unit 1 crossed into the northbound travel lane before exiting the roadway from the east shoulder, where it hit an embankment at its 1 o’clock position. Upon impact, Unit 1 rolled over onto its passenger side before coming to its position of final rest partially on the east shoulder and the northbound travel lane. Unit 1 sustained damage to the front-end, roof, and passenger side. Operator 1 was wearing a seatbelt when this crash occurred. No airbags were deployed as a result of this crash. Operator 1 reported no injuries. Assisted on scene by Tpr. Schneiderhan, Newmanstown Fire Co., Western Berks Ambulance, and Martin’s Towing.

North Lebanon Township

DUI – Paul Beamesderfer, a 38 year old Lebanon resident, was charged with Driving Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance, Accidents Involving Damage to Unattended Property, and Reckless Driving after a hit-and-run accident that occurred on March 12, 2020 at North 7th St. and Jody Ave.

North Londonderry Township

False Reports, Driving While Suspended, Careless Driving – On Feb. 20, 2020 at 7:04 a.m. on Main St. and Apple Blossom Ln., Tyrel Beaston, a 29 year old Burnham man, was charged with false reports to law enforcement and several summary citations after providing police with false information in regards to his identity following an accident investigation. Beaston was charged with false reports, driving while suspended, and careless driving. Charges are filed with DJ Garver’s office.

Possession of Drug Paraphernalia – North Londonderry Township Police have charged Jacob Baskerville, a 29 year old Palmyra man, with possession of drug paraphernalia and a vehicle equipment violation following a traffic stop on Jan. 28, 2020 at 9:49 p.m. on the 700 block of Cambridge Rd., Palmyra.

South Londonderry Township

DUI – On Jan. 4, 2020 at 10:52 p.m., while officers of the South Londonderry Twp. Police Department were investigating an unrelated incident, a vehicle, which was operated by Deavin Carpenter, a 23 year old Palmyra resident, traveled east on Woodridge Dr. Carpenter failed to enter the area of police activity with caution or due regard, striking one of the police officers that was attempting to direct traffic. Carpenter was subsequently arrested for Driving Under the Influence of alcohol and other traffic-related charges. No injuries occurred.

Simple Assault – Krista Kreider, a 26 year old Mt. Gretna woman, was charged with simple assault domestic violence, assault by physical menace, theft, and harassment following a domestic disturbance call on March 6, 2020 at 8:18 p.m. on the 200 block of Timber Rd. The victim, a relative of Kreider’s, reported being struck multiple times by Kreider following an argument. The victim also reported Kreider stole her cellphone.

Vehicle Strikes Residence – On March 10, 2020 at 10:49 a.m., the South Londonderry Twp. Police Department, as well as the Campbelltown Volunteer Fire Company and Lawn EMS, responded to the 600 block of Barnside Dr. for a motor vehicle accident involving a vehicle striking the residence. It was determined that the driver, a 68 year old Annville man, had been driving on Northside Dr. when he had a medical event causing him to run off the roadway, through two yards, and strike the home. The man was transported by Lawn EMS for treatment.

Retention of Library Property – On March 16, 2020, a 26 year old Lebanon man and a 32 year old Annville woman failed to return property to the Palmyra Public Library after notice was sent to them by Certified mail to return the property.

Traffic Accident – On March 28, 2020 at 6:56 p.m., a 28 year old Palmyra man was cited for failing to yield the right-of-way while turning on green after he turned his Honda minivan from Palmyra Rd. onto Northside Dr. into the path of a Buick sedan driven by a 44 year old Palmyra woman. The woman had the right-of-way as she was driving straight through the intersection. No injuries were reported. The man’s vehicle had to be towed.

West Lebanon Township

Theft and Criminal Conspiracy – Yamilez Davila, a 22 year old Lebanon resident, and Shalimar Pellot-Badillo, a 24 year old Lebanon resident, were each charged with 29 counts of Theft and Criminal Conspiracy after incidents that occurred on March 26, 2020, after the theft of mail from West Lebanon Twp. residents.
