Bethel Township
Disorderly Conduct – On March 21, 2021 at 1:28 a.m., troopers of PSP Jonestown station responded to Beech Ave. for a report of disorderly conduct. Upon arrival on scene, it was determined that the Arrestee was near the Victim’s driveway in the middle of the road yelling at the Victim and causing a disturbance. The Arrestee was cited via Non-Traffic Citations. The Victim was a 54 year old Fredericksburg man. The Arrestee was a 32 year old Fredericksburg man.
Drug Possession – On March 21, 2021 at 7:14 p.m., a traffic stop was conducted on the 00 block of I 78 West a 2016 blue Honda Accord for traveling above the speed limit. Consent was asked and granted to search the vehicle. A small amount of marijuana and paraphernalia were seized. Charges are filed with MDJ 52-3-03. The Arrestee was a 20 year old Harrisburg man. The vehicles involved included a 2016 Honda Accord Crosstour.
City of Lebanon
Assault Firearm – On March 23, 2021 at 6:25 p.m., police were dispatched to the 800 block of Locust St. for a report of gunshots fired, with a male Victim bleeding from his abdomen. The Victim was transported via private vehicle to the WellSpan Good Samaritan Hospital for treatment.
The Victim is a 39 year old Lebanon man. He is stable and recovering from a gunshot wound to his chest.
Police are actively investigating this incident and recovered spend and unspent shell casings from the scene. The Suspect is described as a white, possibly Hispanic man, tall in stature, and 30 to 40 years of age.
The evidence is leading police to believe the residence where the incident occurred was not randomly chosen; rather, it was specifically chosen by the Suspect.

East Hanover Township
Drug Possession – On March 4, 2021 at 9:11 a.m., troopers conducted a traffic stop on the 800 block of I 81 South on a 2004 Acura MDX. During the course of the traffic stop, criminal activity was detected. A consent search was performed, where suspected heroin was located. Troopers are currently investigating. The vehicles involved included a 2004 Acura MDX.
Endangering Welfare Of Children – On March 23, 2021 at 3:06 p.m., this crime occurred on I 81 South. In the commission of this crime, the Actor was traveling south on I 81. At mile marker 85, the Actor stopped the vehicle and told her two children that she was traveling with to get out of the vehicle on I 81 South at mile marker 85 in East Hanover Twp. The two children complied and the Actor left the scene, traveling south towards Virginia. PSP picked up the children and transported them to PSP Jonestown, where they were picked up by their father. A criminal complaint is filed on the Actor for Endangering the Welfare of Children. The Victim was a 16 year old Woodbridge, VA female and an 11 year old Woodbridge, VA male. The Arrestee was Jaskel Perez, a 40 year old Woodbridge, VA woman.
Vehicle Accident – On March 23, 2021 at 6:45 a.m., this crash occurred on SR 22 at Race Horse Dr. in East Hanover Twp. Unit 1, a 2003 Ford Focus driven by Operator 1, a 52 year old Jonestown woman, was traveling east on SR 22 behind Unit 2, a 2019 Freightliner Truck and semi-trailer, driven by Operator 2, a 29 year old Wellston, OH man. Unit 2 slowed to make a righthand turn onto Race Horse Dr. Operator 1 looked down at the radio to change the station. Unit 1 struck the rear end of Unit 2. After initial impact, Unit 1 traveled off of the roadway and into a ditch on the right shoulder. Operator 1 sustained possible injuries and was transported via Life Lion EMS to the Hershey Medical Center. Operator 2 sustained no injuries as a result of this crash.
DUI – On March 22, 2021 at 1:18 a.m., troopers of PSP Jonestown station were dispatched to I 81 South for a report of a crash. Upon arrival on scene, troopers made contact with the Operator, who exhibited signs of impairment and was taken into custody for suspicion of DUI. The vehicles involved included a 2007 Dodge Chrysler and/or a 2015 Caliber.
Jackson Township
PFA Violation – On March 20, 2021 at approximately 2:21 p.m., troopers of PSP Jonestown were dispatched to the 00 block of Golf Rd. in Jackson Twp. for a PFA Violation. Upon arrival, troopers learned that the Arrestee contacted the protected parties of a court-ordered PFA. While incarcerated, the Arrestee sent letters to the residence of the protected parties via mail. The Arrestee is still currently incarcerated. Charges were prepared and filed within MDJ 52-3-01. The Arrestee was a 31 year old Myerstown man. The Victims are a 22 year old Myerstown woman, a 26 year old Myerstown woman, and a 60 year old Myerstown man.
Pedestrian Struck, Hit And Run – On March 21, 2021 at approximately 11:15 p.m., PSP Jonestown is investigating a hit-and-run crash where a pedestrian was walking southbound on SR 501 in the area of the 900 block of North College St. in Myerstown Boro. The vehicle is believed to be an 03-07 Chevrolet Silverado, Tahoe, Suburban. The striking vehicle fled southbound on SR 501 towards Myerstown Boro. The striking vehicle is missing the passenger’s side rearview mirror, antenna, and Chevrolet symbol for the grill. Assault – PSP Jonestown received a report of possible child abuse on March 12, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. on the 100 block of North Ramona Rd. The investigation continues. The Victim was a 4 year old Myerstown female.
Jonestown Borough
Vehicle Accident – On March 21, 2021 at 2:33 p.m., this crash occurred as Unit 2, a 2019 Honda CRV, driven by Operator 2, was unoccupied and legally parked within an individual parking space located on the property of Pizzatown, located at 171 East Market St. As Unit 1, a Dodge Ram 1500 pickup, driven by Operator 1, was backing out of an adjacent parking space, Unit 1 hit the front driver’s side corner of Unit 2, causing damage. After impact, Unit 1 exited the traffic way and fled the scene without stopping to provide information. A witness observed Unit 1, a maroon in color Dodge Ram pick up truck, fleeing the scene in a south direction. An area canvass was conducted to locate Unit 1, which yielded negative results.
South Londonderry Township
Vehicle Accident – On March 18, 2021 at 8:33 p.m., Unit 1, a Honda Sedan, driven by Operator 1, a 34 year old Palmyra woman, and Unit 2, a Subaru Sedan, driven by Operator 2, a 24 year old Kennet Sq. man, crashed at the intersection of Farmshed Ln. and Scenic View Dr. No injuries were reported and both vehicles were able to be driven from the scene.
Driving While Suspended, Driving On Roadways Laned For Traffic – On March 20, 2021 at 6:14 p.m., the South Londonderry Twp. police department was dispatched to the 5,400 block of Elizabethtown Rd. for a report of a motor vehicle accident. Upon arrival, police discovered that only one vehicle was involved. Witnesses described that the pickup truck left the roadway and overturned. The police department was assisted by Lawn Fire and Fire Police from the Campbelltown Fire Company. The Operator of the vehicle was a 40 year old Lebanon man. Service was cited for Driving While Suspended and Driving on Roadways Laned for Traffic.
Simple Assault, Criminal Mischief – On March 21, 2021 at 3:34 a.m., the South Londonderry Twp. police department responded to the 1,400 block of Mount Wilson Rd. for a report of a domestic violence assault. The Victim reported that Ronald Lee Kingsboro II, a 26 year old Lebanon resident, struck her multiple times, causing injuries to her. The Victim reported that Kingsboro also damaged her phone and Apple Watch during the assault. Parties involved included Ronald Lee Kingsboro II, a 26 year old Lebanon resident, and a 25 year old Manheim woman. Kingsboro was cited for Simple Assault and Criminal Mischief.
Swatara Township
Vehicle Accident – On March 18, 2021 at 3:51 p.m., this reportable crash occurred at SR 72 North at its intersection with New Bunkerhill Rd. and Thompson Ave. in Swatara Twp. Unit 1, a silver 2012 Hyundai Elantra, driven by Operator 1, a 17 year old Lebanon female, accompanied by Passenger 1, a 15 year old Lebanon female, was making a lefthand turn from New Bunkerhill Rd. onto SR 72 South when Unit 2, a white 2017 Volvo Accent tractor-trailer, driven by Operator 2, a 37 year old Philadelphia man, traveling north in the right lane of SR 72. Unit 1 proceeded without clearance from the stop sign in front of Unit 2. Initial impact occurred as the front left bumper of Unit 2 struck the left rear of Unit 1. After contact with Unit 2, Unit 1 traversed off of the roadway onto the right shoulder, where it struck Unit 3, a 2020 Ford Edge, driven by Operator 3, a 36 year old Jonestown woman, which was stopped at the stop sign on Thompson Ave. Unit 1 came to final rest in the southbound lane of SR 72, facing north. Unit 2 came to final rest in the center lane of SR 72. Unit 3 came to final rest at the intersection of SR 72 and Thompson Ave. Unit 1 and Unit 3 were disabled from the crash and towed from the scene by Motter’s Towing. Passenger 1 sustained injuries of unknown severity and was transported via Life Lion EMS to the Hershey Medical Center. Operator 1 sustained possible injuries but was not transported for further evaluation. Operator 2 and Operator 3 sustained no injuries as a result of this crash. Operator 1 was cited for Stop Signs and Yield Signs.
Union Township
Drug Possession – On March 13, 2021 at 1:24 a.m., this crime occurred on Camp Meeting Rd. and SR 72. In the commission of this crime, the Suspect was in possession of a controlled substance. The Arrestee was a 62 year old Jonestown man. The vehicles involved included a 1996 Toyocar Van Container Trailer.
