City of Lebanon Police announced charges Friday afternoon against Tarik Wilson, a 21 year old Lebanon man, over alleged distribution of fentanyl that caused the death of two Lebanon men last spring.
Autopsies of Kenneth Santiago and Alexander Hernandez revealed in July 2020 that both men died from fentanyl related causes.

Police charged Wilson with two counts of drug delivery resulting in death; one count of criminal use of communication facility; one count of delivery of fentanyl; and two counts of involuntary manslaughter.
Police say that Wilson delivered fentanyl to Kenneth Santiago on April 30, 2020. The men were found dead on May 1, 2020.
A preliminary hearing in front of Magisterial District Judge Maria Dissinger is scheduled for April 29 at 8:00 a.m. Wilson is currently incarcerated at Lebanon County Correctional Facility on a probation violation.
