Starting May 10, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) will undergo bridge replacement construction for the bridge on Route 934 (Bellegrove Road) between Hill Church Road and Kauffman Road.

According to a PennDOT Engineering District 8 press release, the project will include replacement of the bridge as well as “minor roadway approach work, shoulder widening, a pipe replacement under Hill Church Road, guide rail replacement along Ono Road, and other miscellaneous construction.”

The $3,436,254 contract will be undergone by Lobar Site Development.

A 105-day detour will be in place starting May 10. Cars will take a detour using Harrison Drive and Ono Road, while trucks will detour using Clear Spring Road and Route 422.
