Observed Frito Lay snacks less than 6 inches from the floor in retail sales area, rather than 6 inches off of the floor as required.

Junction box in the walk-in cooler above the door to the freezer has openings that need to be covered. Significant ice build-up around the freezer door in the walk-in cooler signifies some type of problem that should be repaired by maintenance.
