Observed 3 – 14 oz containers of chocolate-flavored whole milk being offered for sale beyond the expiration printed on the container by the manufacturer (9/26, 9/27). The person in charge was present and voluntarily discarded the items. **CORRECTED**

Coldwater faucet handle for turning water on and off at the handwash sink located nearest the employee entrance of the facility was not operating at the time of inspection.
