The Palmyra Public Library will be hosting a summer learning series with the theme “Oceans of Possibilities.”

Starting June 1, families will be able to register for the series at the library, located at 50 Landings Drive in the Flightpath Sports Park.

The programs themselves will be held Mondays at 11 a.m. in Palmyra Grace Brethren Church (799 Airport Road).

Programs will explore the topics of oceans, ocean animals, and environmental protectoin and conservation.

  • June 13: Andrew’s Big Show: Comedy & Juggling
  • June 20: Adventure Aquarium
  • June 27: Magic with Eddy Ray
  • July 11: DKers Juggling
  • July 18: Phredd One-Man Ukulele Band
  • July 25: Forgotten Friends Reptile Rescue

The library is also hosting middle school programs this summer, for which advance registration is required. These programs will be held at noon outside at the library, so long as weather cooperates.

  • June 14: Jerry Schneider: Possibilities for Pollinators (Learn about pollinators while making your own t-shirt – bring a white t-shirt)
  • June 28: Take a Dip in the Yoga Ocean with Pat Steely
  • July 19: Explore the Wonderful Wetlands with Lancaster Parks & Rec
  • July 26: Recycled STEM Building Project
