Observed food stored directly on the floor under a table in the meat cutting room, rather than 6 inches off of the floor as required.

White buckets were stored upside down on the floor in the meat room and were not clean to sight and touch.

The employee in the meat room completed cleaning the band saw and a meat grinder; both items had significant amounts of raw meat residue and other debris remaining on the equipment which is a food contact surface.

A container of food utensils, a food contact surface, had trash in the bottom of it and it was observed to have food residue and was not clean to sight and touch.

Area around the outside of the building had trash and garbage around equipmemt and the building.

An assortment of meats were in a white pail without any identification. (Later the owner reported that the items were to be discarded, but employees were not certain about the disposition of these items.) Distressed merchandise should beidentified and clearly segregated from other food.

Frequency of cleaning under equipment is inadequate as evidenced by dirt and debris under equipment.
