Editor’s Note: Last year, Michael and Nicole Borrell began reviewing Lebanon Valley’s restaurants and eating attractions as the Lebanon Valley Food Critics. Since then, the couple has aimed to offer unbiased reviews of the eating and drinking establishments the Lebanon Valley has to offer. LebTown is pleased to be partnering with LVFC to share these reviews with our readers. Bon appétit!
We had the chance to get out to another food truck event over on the east end of the Valley. While there, we decided to try a common staple to most people, but done in a different way.

This evening we got our pie with sausage, red onion, and sweet pepper. The pie is made to order in front of you and takes some time in the oven. They also slice into quarters for you.
Our pie did catch fire on the edges before it came out but didn’t affect the taste. We also had to move some veggies around to space out the toppings. The smell of the pie was enough to entice a family sitting next to us to go order a couple of their own.
Our take: Next Level Pizza offers something unique, mobile wood fired pizza. You can customize your pies. Toppings are limited, which we understand why. and the flavor is good. Have them add a little extra sauce and take advantage of their options to spice up your pie.
We give this place .
