Brandon Bennett has been recognized by Elvis Presley Enterprises (the caretakers of Graceland) as the “Ultimate Elvis Tribute Artist.” His retrospective of Presley’s career includes the many modes of Elvis, including his early rock breakout in the 1950s, his comeback in the ’60s, and his Vegas phase in the ’70s.
Bennett has performed with the Chicago company of Million Dollar Quartet, appearing as – you guessed it – Elvis, and even appeared on The Late Show with David Letterman to perform the Presley classic “Hound Dog.”
Bennett will be backed by Josh Skaja on guitar, Jason Ellis on bass, Chuck Larkin on piano, and Vance Okraszewski on drums. He will be joined also by supporting vocalists Lara Filip and Rachel Swindler.
Expect to hear hits like “Blue Suede Shoes,” “Can’t Help Falling In Love,” “Suspicious Minds,” and many more.
“It was about the music, his voice, and most of all he was REAL,” said Bennett in a press release, noting the hold Presley continues to have over music fans to this day.
