United Way of Lebanon County hit its $1 million fundraising goal for the organization’s 2021-22 fiscal year, which ended June 30, 2022.
The organization announced that it raised $1,020,157.23 over the period.
โWe are grateful that once again, the Lebanon County community has stepped up to make a difference for local children and families,โ said executive director Julia Krall in a press release. “For seventy years, our focus has been to address local needs with local support.
“We are excited to begin this yearโs fundraising efforts to raise even more to reach our long-term goals for Lebanon County.”

United Way of Lebanon County credited the local individuals and businesses who support the organization’s programming, as well as WellSpan Health and Penn State Health for their sponsorships.
United Way programs are focused locally on three key impact areas:
- Connecting families to resources
- Removing barriers to learning for our most vulnerable children
- Giving all children a strong start in life
