Dunkin’ has officially opened its new cafe at 81 N. Londonderry Square.
Palmyra resident and cafe manager Kiran Patel said that the location’s official opening was on Monday, Oct. 10, with 99-cent coffees served in celebration of the big day.
Patel said that the cafe had a soft opening around Sept. 20. With a full team of all new people, Patel said that the soft opening time was helpful for training.
The franchise is one of four run by Patel’s brother-in-law, Raj Patel, who also operates two cafes in Reading and one in Kutztown. Kiran Patel said that it’s the same Dunkin’ as the one previously in Walmart, but the franchise had to find a new location when its lease didn’t renew. Walmart has yet to lease the space to another business.
The Dunkin’ location features a double drive-through.
Unlike the other relatively new local Dunkin’ in Campbelltown, which is drive-through only, this location does feature cafe seating.
The cafe’s hours are Monday to Saturday, 5 a.m. to 8 p.m., and Sunday, 6 a.m. to 8 p.m.
