Voight will pursue a major in aerospace engineering at Penn State University. Currently serving as the president of the Lebanon County Livestock 4-H Club, Voight is an active participant of the 4-H livestock judging team.
Each recipient was honored with a $1,000 award and a certificate from the Lebanon County 4-H Program.
Managed locally by Penn State Extension, 4-H is an informal educational youth-development program under the auspices of the U.S. Department of Agriculture.
