Just days until the municipal primary election and the Lebanon County Republican Committee wants you to know about its last – final? – attack mailer against Mike Kuhn.

The Phillips-Bering joint ticket spent more than three times what the Kuhn campaign did for the period Jan. 1 to May 5 – and both campaigns on their own spent more than double the combined expenditures of all other campaigns for county commissioner.
