The Salvation Army Lebanon Corps Angel Tree program is now accepting applications for Christmas assistance through Sept. 30, 2023. Applicants are urged to visit the Salvation Army Angel Tree website to complete their application online.

Applications for the Christmas assistance program, available in English and Spanish, are open until Sept. 30, 2023. Interested individuals can visit the website and complete their online application.

Board members Steve Holzman and Guie Lebo help sort the gifts donated for the Angel Tree. The Salvation Army Angel Tree program helps provide Christmas gifts for hundreds of children around the Lebanon County each year. Last year over 1,000 children were registered. Registration ends Sept. 30.

The initiative, under the mantra “Every child deserves to experience the joy of Christmas morning,” helps provide Christmas gifts for hundreds of thousands of children around the country each year.

After a child is registered and accepted, their Christmas wish list is shared with donors who purchase new clothing and toys for them. The gifts are then distributed to the family, ready to be placed under their Christmas tree.

During the application process, applicants may be asked to provide copies of certain documents, which can be uploaded via scanned copies or photos.

To start your application, visit the Angel Tree website.
