Friday will start off with mostly sunny skies. As we progress into the afternoon, clouds will be increasing ahead of, yet again, another rain maker! Thankfully, this one will not bring nearly as much rain. Breezy conditions will accompany the clouds.

Friday after sunset, rain will develop. Rain will fall moderate to heavy at times, especially late in the evening. Rain will continue into early Saturday morning before ending. Total rainfall of a half inch to as much as 1.25 inches is expected.

Saturday will remain dry, but be advised it will be another very windy day as cold air crashes into our region. Our daytime high of mid-50s will be reached very early in the morning with falling temps as we progress into the afternoon. Temps will crash out in the mid to upper 20s with breezy conditions remaining in place overnight. Wind chills will be in the teens. Winds will gust over 40 mph at times so a wind advisory is likely to be issued.

Sunday will feature a mix of sun and clouds, with breezy conditions remaining in place. Temps will not get out of the 30s for a daytime high.

All eyes now focus on the Tuesday time frame. Another winter storm looks to take aim on the region.
