Arrest warrant – On Feb. 15, police issued an arrest warrant against Nelson Castillo-Echevarria, 34, with the original charge being accidents involving death or personal injury.

Burglary – During the early morning of Feb. 19, Lebanon city police responded to a reported burglary on the 300 block of Walnut Street. Surveillance footage showed the suspect (pictured below) breaking into a convenience store. The suspect took merchandise before fleeing south on Fourth Street. Anyone with information regarding the suspect’s identity should contact Lt. Buck or submit a tip through CRIMEWATCH.

Retail theft – At 6:38 p.m. Feb. 20, police responded to Family Dollar, at 306 Cumberland St., for a report of shoplifting. The suspect (pictured below) reportedly took items from the store. North Londonderry Township

Vehicle accident, careless driving – At 12:40 p.m. Feb. 16, a vehicle driven by a 70-year-old Palmyra man was traveling east on the 500 block of West Ridge Road when he fell asleep. The vehicle left the road, struck a utility pole and had to be towed from the scene. The driver wasn’t injured. Police charged him with careless driving.

Criminal trespass, disorderly conduct – At 6:32 p.m. Feb. 19, an 18-year-old Palmyra man was found on the Walmart property after being issued a “No Trespass” letter. Police also charged a 19-year-old Palmyra man with disorderly conduct after being found in possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

South Londonderry Township

Vehicle accident – At 5:41 a.m. Feb. 13, a PennDOT plow truck and a Ford F150 were involved in a crash on Mount Wilson Road between Harvest Road and the turnpike overpass during a heavy snowfall. The crash broke the plow off the truck. Mount Wilson Road was closed between Harvest and Mount Gretna roads until the plow was removed. The vehicles were driven from the scene. A 68-year-old Manheim man and a 25-year-old Lebanon woman who were involved in the crash sustained no injuries.

Vehicle accident – At 6:03 p.m. Feb. 12, three vehicles crashed on the 700 block of Airport Road when the first vehicle struck the second and pushed it into the third. Two vehicles were towed from the scene. A 16-year-old Harrisburg female, two 17-year-old Palmyra females, and a 17-year-old Palmyra male were involved in the crash. Police charged the driver of the first vehicle with driving vehicle at safe speed. Campbelltown Fire assisted on the scene.

Vehicle accident – At 8:50 p.m. Feb. 12, a crash involving a vehicle and a pedestrian occurred in the area of Elizabethtown and Colebrook roads. The vehicle was driven by a 46-year-old Elizabethtown woman and the pedestrian was a 59-year-old Lebanon man. The man was transported to Hershey Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries. Lawn Volunteer Fire Department and First Aid and Safety Patrol of Lebanon assisted on the scene. Simple assault, harassment – At 11:06 p.m. Feb. 4, police responded to the 100 block of Lawn Road for a welfare check/report of a potential domestic dispute. Palmyra Borough police assisted. Police made contact with Michael Uglialoro, 38, of Palmyra, and his wife, conducted an investigation, and determined that Uglialoro had assaulted his wife. Police charged Uglialoro with simple assault and harassment and transported him to LCCB.

Vehicle accident, too fast for conditions – At 11:57 p.m. Feb. 4, police responded to the 500 block of Mount Gretna Road for a single-vehicle crash. South Londonderry Township police were committed to another call-for-service and were assisted by Cornwall Borough police, who determined that a 21-year-old Lebanon man was traveling too fast for conditions and lost control of his vehicle. The driver sustained no injuries.

Found property – At 10:29 p.m. Feb. 9, police responded to Mount Wilson Road, where a red Schwinn bicycle was found abandoned in a game land lot. Anyone with information about the bicycle is asked to contact South Londonderry Township police.

Union Township

Vehicle accident, driving at safe speed – At 4:17 p.m. Feb. 19, a crash occurred on SR 72, south of Camp Meeting Road, involving a 2014 Hyundai Elantra driven by a 28-year-old Lebanon man and a 2019 Subaru XV Crosstrek driven by a 33-year-old Lebanon man. Both drivers were wearing seatbelts and sustained no injuries. Police charged the 28-year-old man with driving vehicle at safe speed.
