Possession of drug paraphernalia Police charged a 26-year-old Lebanon man after an incident at 12:33 p.m. Feb. 5 on the 00 block of East Chestnut Street.

Theft of services – Police charged Michael Hernandez, 46, after an incident at 9:30 a.m. Feb. 8 in the area of 7th and Lehman streets.

Possession of drug paraphernalia – Police charged a 32-year-old woman after an incident at 10:13 a.m. Feb. 9 on the 100 block of North 7th Street.

Public drunkenness – Police charged a 43-year-old man after an incident at 3:25 p.m. Feb. 9 on the 200 block of South Quince Street.

Disorderly conduct – Police charged a 23-year-old man after an incident at 3:15 p.m. Feb. 10 in the area of 10th and Willow streets.

Disorderly conduct – Police charged a 45-year-old man after an incident at 2:06 p.m. Feb. 10 in the area of Jonestown Road and Steckbeck Street.

Disorderly conduct – Police charged a 46-year-old man after an incident at 2:45 p.m. Feb. 10 on the 00 block of South 9th Street.

Harassment – Police charged a 32-year-old man after an incident at 1:40 a.m. Feb. 12 on the 1100 block of Jackson Boulevard.

Harassment – Police charged a 33-year-old woman after an incident at 1:40 a.m. Feb. 12 on the 1100 block of Jackson Boulevard.

Harassment – Police charged a 24-year-old woman after an incident at 5:50 p.m. Feb. 16 on the 1000 block of Brock Drive.

Disorderly conduct – Police charged an 18-year-old woman after an incident at 5:23 p.m. Feb. 19 on the 200 block of North 7th Street.

Defiant trespass – Police charged a 54-year-old woman after an incident at 11:18 p.m. Feb. 26 on the 100 block of South 9th Street.

Public drunkenness – Police charged a 45-year-old woman after an incident at 11:18 p.m. Feb. 26 on the 100 block of South 9th Street.

Public drunkenness – Police charged a 66-year-old man after an incident at 12:01 a.m. Feb. 28 on the 00 block of South 10th Street.

North Lebanon Township

Retail theft – Police charged Mellisa Risser, of Lebanon, after an incident on March 16 when she allegedly failed to pay for $308.47 worth of merchandise at Walmart. She concealed the items in a backpack and passed all points of sale without offering payment.

Drug charges – Police charged Daniel Davila, of Lebanon, with possession/use of marijuana and possession/use of drug paraphernalia after a traffic stop on March 21 on Prescott Road and Route 422.

Retail theft – Police charged Victoria Miller, of Jonestown, after an incident on Feb. 15 when she allegedly failed to pay for merchandise worth $119.57 at Dollar General on Route 72.

North Londonderry Township

Retail theft – Around 5:36 p.m. March 22, two Palmyra females, ages 16 and 17, were observed by Walmart loss prevention concealing women’s clothing under their shirts. The juveniles were stopped when they attempted to leave the store without paying for the items. Police charged the 16-year-old with summary retail theft for attempting to steal merchandise worth $31.96. Police charged the 17-year-old with misdemeanor retail theft, due to having a prior conviction, after she attempted to steal $9.96 worth of merchandise. Charges were filed through MDJ Warner’s Office.

Palmyra Borough

Save the dates – The 2nd annual Cram-A-Cruiser event will be held May 18 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Grocery Outlet, 1301 Quentin Road, Lebanon. Rice, sugar, flour, canned meat and fish, spaghetti sauce, diced tomatoes, oatmeal, coffee, toilet paper, deodorant, toothpaste, and feminine hygiene products are some nonperishable items that are being collected for Lebanon County Christian Ministries. Access the complete wish list here. If you cannot attend the event, you can drop off donations in a box inside the Palmyra Borough police lobby. During the event, food will also be for sale. The event is presented by the James Biever Police-Community Alliance and local police departments.

The 2024 James Biever Memorial 5K will be held on Aug. 10 from 7 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Lebanon Area Fairgrounds, 80 Rocherty Road. The 4th annual fundraiser will feature a race in which you can run/walk in or cheer on the racers from the sidelines, food, and raffle prizes. Children under 10 years old can walk for free. Investigation – At around 5:04 p.m. March 27, a man around 6 feet tall, thin with a muscular build, with short dark hair, wearing a green sweatshirt and khaki pants, exposed himself to people in the area of Birch and Green streets, then left. Police are asking for people who have cameras in the area to check the video between 4:45 and 5:10 p.m. Anyone with information or surveillance video footage should contact police at 717-838-8189 or submit a tip through CRIMEWATCH.

Warrants served – Around 5:55 p.m. March 23, police attempted to serve warrants on Nathan Behney, 29, on the 00 block of North Grant Street. Behney was later located at a Palmyra-area business, was taken into custody, and was transported to LCCB. The three warrants were out of the Lebanon County Sheriff’s Department for failure to appear, with the original charges being fleeing or attempting to elude officer (two) and flight to avoid apprehension.

South Lebanon Township

Receiving stolen property – On March 11, police pulled over a vehicle on Prescott Road and determined that a stolen registration plate was being displayed on the vehicle. Police charged the driver, Paul Gordon, 33, with misdemeanor receiving stolen property, summary driving while suspended, summary registration required, summary unauthorized transfer or use of registration, and summary required financial responsibility.

False identification to law enforcement – On Feb. 11, police pulled over a vehicle on the 800 block of East Walnut Street and determined that expired Pennsylvania inspection stickers were being displayed on the vehicle. Police issued the driver, Elvin Hernandez, 47, a citation on the scene. On March 15, police learned that Hernandez had provided his son’s date of birth as his own during the traffic stop so the original citation was withdrawn and new charges were filed. Police charged Hernandez with misdemeanor false identification to law enforcement, misdemeanor driving while suspended (DUI-related) third or subsequent offense, and summary operating vehicle without valid inspection.

Failure to comply with registration requirements – On Feb. 26, police received a “request for investigation” from the Megan’s Law Unit of the state police. Police determined that Matthew Myles, 41, had not reported having numerous social media accounts, as required by law. Police charged Myles with felony failure to comply with registration requirements.

Drug possession – On March 22, police pulled over a vehicle on South 15th Avenue and determined that the driver, Jeremy Grose, 44, was in possession of a controlled substance. Police charged Grose with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance and summary driving while suspended.

Stop sign vandalism – The South Lebanon Township Police Department announced that stop signs at the intersections of Birch and Mine roads, Crest and Fonderwhite roads, and Rexmont and Fonderwhite roads were vandalized. Perpetrators removed the sign poles from the ground and laid them over, which is dangerous and could have life-altering results. Police ask anyone who sees or has seen anything suspicious to let them know immediately by dialing 911 or 717-272-2054. You can also submit a tip through CRIMEWATCH.
