False statements under penalty – Police charged Mario Saccucci, 39, with misdemeanor false statements under penalty after an incident on April 15.

Simple assault – Police charged Varion Rivera, 31, with simple assault (domestic violence-related) after an incident on April 19.

Theft by unlawful taking – Police charged Luis Butler, 34, after an incident on April 26.

Simple assault – Police charged Tanisha Lopez-Ortiz, 26, with simple assault (domestic violence-related) after an incident on April 27.

PFA violation – Police charged Marty Folsom, 41, with a violation of Protection From Abuse order after an incident on April 27.

Arrest warrant – On May 1, police issued an arrest warrant against Levi Slack, 56, with the original charge being possession of drug paraphernalia.

Driving while suspended, fraudulent registration – Police charged Joseph Pietrak, 39, with driving while suspended (DUI-related), financial responsibility required, and fraudulent use of a registration plate after a traffic stop on April 27 on the 1200 block of Maple Street.

Retail theft – Police charged Toby Walmer, 39, after an incident on April 25 on the 800 block of South 12th Street.

Theft of mislaid property – Police charged Raymond Gonzalez, 46, with misdemeanor access device issued to another who did not authorize use and theft of mislaid property after an incident on April 11 on the 1200 block of Cumberland Street.

Access device issued to another who did not authorize use – Police charged Alexander Oqeundo-Ortiz, 33, with misdemeanor access device issued to another who did not authorize use after an incident on April 11 on the 00 block of North 5th Street.

Disorderly conduct – Police charged a 25-year-old man at 10:02 p.m. April 16 at the intersection of 4th and Walnut streets.

Disorderly conduct – Police charged a 60-year-old woman at 10:58 a.m. April 17 on the 400 block of North 12th Street.

Drug charge – Police charged a 19-year-old man with possession of drug paraphernalia at 11:10 p.m. April 21 in the area of 13th and Mifflin streets.

Disorderly conduct – Police charged a 51-year-old man at 8 a.m. April 22 on the 700 block of Maple Street.

Harassment – Police charged a 61-year-old man at 10:09 p.m. April 30 on the 200 block of North 8th Street.

Cram-A-Cruiser – Join the Lebanon City Police Department on May 18, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., at the Grocery Outlet at 1301 Quentin Road. The police department will partner with the James Biever Police-Community Alliance to collect non-perishable food items and personal care items to benefit those in need.

Disorderly conduct – At 7:34 a.m. April 9, police charged a 17-year-old Palmyra male after Palmyra High School school officials found him with a vape pen containing marijuana.

Palmyra Borough

Theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property – On April 23, police filed charges of felony theft by unlawful taking and felony receiving stolen property against Rebecca Ramos-Carter, 40, through MDJ Warner’s office. Charges stem from an investigation into a report received by police on Aug. 9, 2023, at Seltzer’s Bologna Co., 230 N. College St., in which it was determined that Ramos-Carter had amassed over $64,000.00 in unauthorized charges on a business credit card.

Harassment – At 11:04 p.m. April 30, police responded to the 00 block of North Harrison Street for a reported domestic dispute. Officers made contact with a 29-year-old woman and a 36-year-old man and charged them each with summary harassment.
