The 35th annual Historic Old Annville Day will be held on Saturday, June 8, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

The event, hosted by the Friends of Old Annville, will be held rain or shine. West Main Street will be closed for eight blocks for a street fair featuring 150 vendors, food, nonprofit organizations and nine musical acts on two stages.

Historic Old Annville Day owes its roots to a century-old tradition when residents would travel by train and trolley to Hersheypark for a day of picnicking, rides, swimming and other activities. These days, the event is held instead in the heart of historic Annville.

Self-guided historic walking tours of Main Street will showcase log and limestone structures built in Annville in the 1700s and early 1800s.

The Antique Tractor Club of Lebanon Valley and the Quilting Guild will show off their hobbies, and the Quittapahilla Rod and Gun club will bring a fish stocking trailer tank with live trout. Guided and self-guided tour booklets of the National Historic District, prints, books, t-shirts and raffle tickets will be available at the Friends information booth.

Raffle prizes include $500 donated by the Lebanon Federal Credit Union, a $250 gift certificate from Rotunda Restaurant & Brewery, a $200 gift card from Imani Salon, and a $100 gift card from Room 101 The Med Restaurant.
