LebTown features a different Lebanon County pet each Friday to help us enter the weekend with the best vibes possible.
Our Pet of the Week is sometimes available for adoption through a local shelter. Other times the weekly column will spotlight a local furbaby who already lives in a happy Lebanon County home.
This week, meet Frankie Wenger-Vasquez!
Frankie is a 1-year-old miniature dachshund. Although trained, owner Jennifer Vasquez explains, Frankie “will look at us and decide he doesn’t feel like listening. I’m sure many doxie parents can relate.”
He also loves invading personal space, going on two-hour hikes, and scrambled eggs for breakfast, Jennifer says.
“He is our spoiled fur baby,” she says. “Frankie taught us to be selfless, to love hard, and to be present in life’s little moments. We are blessed to be his parents.”
Congratulations to Frankie for being this week’s LebTown Pet of the Week!
